How we work..

Here at Botrea Stairs we work through a number of processes to ensure that the staircase we supply you is of the best quality and to your exact requirements.

Consultation Period
This is the first stage of ordering a staircase from us. Once we have your details we will then arrange a site visit in which we will provide you with a quotation. Alternatively for an estimate quotation you can email floor plans to our office at info@botreastairs.co.uk. After you have accepted the quotation we will then go onto the designing stage of your staircase.

Design
This process may involve another site visit to ensure that we design and manufacture your staircase to your exact requirements. After we have all the necessary measurements a drawing will be created on CAD. From these CAD drawings we can create 3D visuals to visualize the finished product and solve any problems that may arise.

Manufacture
After all drawings have been confirmed and any problems solved, your stair is then manufactured by our highly experienced workforce. All of the staircases we manufacture are constructed out of engineered timber. This provides strength to the stair so when fitted will ensure it doesn't shrink or expand causing damage. All of the individual stair components are cut out using a modern CNC machine. This ensures that they are cut out to exact measurements and will aid the fitting of the stair once manufactured. Here at Botrea Stairs we have two senior carpenters who will manufacture your staircase and dry fit it on our factory floor. Each individual component is then marked to speed up the final fitting of the staircase in your home.

Delivery
When your stair has been completed it is then securely packaged and sent out to you at your desired time and date. Everything that is delivered with your stair is labelled and a copy of the plan will also be included. This insures that the fitting of your stair is as quick and stress free as possible.
